Two Of Little Mix’s Singers Showed Their Baby Bumps On The Red Carpet

All three soloists chose innocent, white, elegant dresses and looked like goddesses from Olympus. Leigh-Ann Pinnock wore Maison Margiela, Jade Thirlwall chose Vivienne Westwood and Perry Edwards was in a David Coma gown.

Like the recent Oscars, the Brit Awards ceremony took place like in old, good days — with a red carpet, smart guests and live performances. There was a pleasant surprise for which we love such events: among those who walked the red carpet in front of the photographers was the female trio Little Mix. It was noticeable with the naked eye that two of the three singers are expecting babies! They highlighted pregnancy in every way, holding their bellies with their hands while posing.

Both girls announced their pregnancies in early May with a difference of several days. On May 4, Lee-Anne Pinnock posted footage from a “pregnant” photo session on her Instagram page, and on the eve of the ceremony, her colleague Perry Edwards shared the good news on her blog. It was the first time girls announced pregnancy.

The girls arrived at the ceremony in white dresses that accentuated their figures and rounded bellies. They were accompanied by the third member of the group, Jade Ferwall. They were in the spotlight not only because of their unusual looks — they are also the first girl group in the Brit Award’s history to win the nomination for “Best British Group” (yes, their colleagues, the Spice Girls did not achieve this award).

“We’ve just made history! We have been doing this for 10 years! It’s a very emotional moment… Being a girl group in the British pop industry is not so easy. We have encountered white male dominance, misogyny, sexism, and lack of inclusiveness. We are proud that we held out together for so long, always stood our ground and surrounded ourselves with strong women. Thanks to this, now our voices are stronger than ever,”
— they said from the stage.

Perry Edwards, 27, is expecting a child with her boyfriend, British Liverpool football player Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, with whom she has been in a relationship since November 2017.

Previously, Perry Edwards dated Jane Malik, who is now raising a daughter with model Gigi Hadid. Perry and Zane’s romance began in 2012, and in 2013 they announced their engagement. Against this background, the artist left the British group One Direction as he wanted to focus on the family. However, in August 2015, they decided to break up and broke off their engagement.

Singer Lee-Anne Pinnock, 29, is also waiting baby with a footballer. The father of her unborn child (also the first for both) is the player of the British football club “Watford” Andre Gray. The couple have been dating for four years, and in May last year, they announced their engagement.

“We dreamed about it for so long, and we cannot believe that soon our dreams will become reality… We cannot wait to meet you.”
— Lee-Ann posted on Instagram.
